EPOXY Wear Resistant Flooring System

Wear resistance, which is used to assess flooring materials, relates to the lifespan of the floor. How well will it withstand foot and vehicle traffic? Will frequent use leave scuff and scratch marks on the surface? Different surfaces are more resilient than others. Specially designed wear-resistant flooring can withstand abrasive environments and high traffic. They also withstand frequent cleanings, muck, and filth. Make sure a floor has been tested to fulfil the requirements set out by the American Society for Testing and Materials to ensure that it will be wear-resistant. http://www.astm.org/Standards/D4060.htm; ASTM D-4060, CS-17)

Fire Proof Solutions

Making something (structures, materials, etc.) fireproof means making it incombustible, resistant to fire, or a substance that can be used to make anything fireproof. It serves as a passive fire safety precaution.

Certain structures can receive a fire-resistance rating by installing a fireproofing system that has received certification. In typical North American building specifications, the word "fireproofing" may be used in connection with standards. A product that is classified as fireproof is resistant under certain conditions, but it might still burn or become dysfunctional if exposed to fire that is more intense or prolonged than what it was intended to endure.

Hight Pressure PU Injection Leak Repair System

Almost all properties, whether residential, commercial, or industrial, are prone to water damage at least once in their lives. The improper drainage system, enormous loads brought on by the movement of machinery and vehicles, and regular wear and tear are the main causes of building cracks. Without extensive remodelling, PU injection can effectively repair these fissures.

After installing tiles, gaps, cracks, and seams are filled with grout, which is a mixture of cement, sand, water, and chemicals. The distinction between grout and concrete may be unclear to you. There is a difference to be made, of course. There needs to be a differentiation, of course. Gravel and other materials are mixed into the concrete to increase its strength and roughness.  At the same time, the grout filler is thinner (made of fine sand) and of more spreadable nature.

Grouting is a sophisticated method of injecting grout material into cracks, voids, joints, and cavities. Grouting is primarily used to reinforce the formation, decrease the amount of water passing through it, and repair flaws like fractures in masonry and concrete constructions. The following are the different grouting needs that are taken into account:

TYPES OF GROUTING:

Based on the materials used for grouting, it is classified into many types. Different grout materials have other characteristics; choosing the right type for your leak repair is important. The available grout options are as follows:

1. Cementitious Grouting: This type of grouting uses traditional grouting material like cement and water, along with admixtures and additives for residential applications. If this is used for quarry, slate, or natural stone tiles, grout stains are possible on the surface.

2. Epoxy Resins: This type of grouting contains resins and hardener that makes it less porous than cementitious grouting. It adheres well to metal, concrete, and ceramics but not on wet surfaces. It is vital, resistant to chemicals, and can be used ideally for kitchen areas.

3. Acrylic Resins: This type of grouting forms a permanent gel with high tear strength and is most suitable to use for architectural coatings and product finishes.

4. Polyurethane: Polyurethane has low viscosity and allows it to flow through even tiny cracks comfortably. After injecting this PU, it retains its flexibility while keeping the gaps sealed. So, this type of grouting is efficient in protecting the structure against most water damages at a low cost.

PU INJECTION GROUTING:

This is one of the waterproofing techniques used to prevent water intrusion through the voids and cracks in the concrete structure. This uses the expanding injected polyurethane in solving the leakage and seepage issues to a greater extent and is effective when applied on the lower side of the ceiling.

Structural Reinforcement System

T-523 Low Viscosity Epoxy Concrete Crack Sealer

T-523 Low Viscosity Epoxy Concrete Crack Sealer is formulated with the same technology as 526 Multi-Coat Thin Set Epoxy Polymer Overlay Resin. Both products have a highly successful, 20 year track record for their incredibly efficient roofing and anti-skid overlay with deicing capability.

T-523 and E-Bond 526 have helped to reduce or prevent frost and ice formation on over 12 million square feet on bridges and parking decks across the United States and Canada.

There are thousands of bridges with T-523 or 526 epoxy in place, that have been exposed to extreme weather conditions for over 15 years of service life that still maintain waterproofing integrity indicated by low levels of chloride ions.

Features and Advantages

  • Deep Crack Penetration

  • Low Viscosity (<100 cPs)

  • Moisture and Chloride Resistant

Where to Use T-523 Epoxy Crack Sealer

  • As a topical application on porous and/or cracked concrete to restore structural integrity.

  • For bridges, parking garages, horizontal decks, patios, driveways and other structures exposed to foot and tire traffic.

  • As a penetrating sealer to protect sound concrete against water absorption and chloride-ion intrusion on both interior and exterior above grade surfaces.

  • For gravity filling of free cracks, reconsolidating distressed areas and strengthening of weak and porous concrete substrate.

Externall Wall Protection

Our Epoxy wall coating technologies are intended to improve the value and functionality of commercial and industrial buildings by restoring, safeguarding, and beautifying concrete and other substrates. We concentrate on developing wall coating materials that last a long time, are simple to maintain, and can survive harsh environments by providing defence against chemical assaults, abrasions, and discoloration.

Dex-O-Tex epoxy wall coatings offer a smooth, seamless finish that is both long-lasting and visually attractive and may be applied to a variety of new and existing surfaces. Learn more about the characteristics, uses, and capabilities of each of our wall coating systems. These enables your building for resistant and durable walls.

Concrete Polishing

The ideal no-wax flooring material is polished concrete. Concrete polishing professionals can grind concrete surfaces, whether they are new or old, to a high-gloss level with the right floor grinding tools and knowledge. It's no surprise that retail, commercial warehouse and office establishments, as well as homes, are recognising the attractiveness of these smooth, high-luster floors when you take into account concrete's better durability and performance.
